La Vida Rose is exclusively for women aged 18 and above. All women are welcome regardless of background, profession, or reason for visiting. You don't need a reason to rest.

No. La Vida Rose does not offer massages, facials, treatments, or any kind of spa service. It is purely a rest and relaxation space — you choose what to do (or not do) with your time.

No. Laptops and work devices are not permitted in the quiet zone or pods. La Vida Rose is designed for rest, not work. If you need to be productive, this is not the place — and that's the point.

You can book through the enquiry form on our website or message us directly on WhatsApp. We confirm your slot within 2 hours. No app or account needed.

Advance booking is recommended, especially for weekends and evenings. Walk-ins are welcome when slots are available.

Yes. Cancellations with at least 4 hours' notice receive a full credit for rescheduling. No-shows forfeit the session fee.

Nothing. Everything you need — beverage, blanket, eye mask, locker — is provided. Bring a book if you'd like to read in a quiet corner. We recommend leaving your phone in the locker.

You're welcome to arrive 10 minutes before your session. Our team will get you settled with a beverage and guide you to your space.

Walk-ins are welcome when slots are open. For guaranteed availability, book in advance via WhatsApp or the website.

Each pod contains a luxury full-recline recliner, personal TV screen, premium noise-cancelling headphones, ambient lighting controls, climate control, a soft blanket, and an eye mask. The pod is fully soundproof with studio-grade acoustic insulation.

Our pods use studio-grade acoustic insulation rated to reduce external noise by over 30 decibels. Once inside, you will not hear conversations, traffic, or any sound from outside the pod.

Yes. Many guests use their pod session to nap. The recliner fully reclines, and we provide a blanket and eye mask.

Our pods are designed to be spacious, well-ventilated, and comfortably lit. You control the lighting — from a soft warm glow to complete darkness. The door opens from the inside at any time.

Yes. Every pod is sanitised between sessions using premium, non-toxic cleaning products. Fresh linens, blankets, and eye masks are provided for each guest.

A quiet corner is a semi-private reading nook with a comfortable armchair, soft natural lighting, a small side table, and access to our curated book library. It is designed for reading, journaling, resting, or sitting in silence.

The quiet zone enforces a strict no-phone, no-conversation policy. The space uses acoustic soft furnishings to absorb sound. It is library-quiet.

Every session includes a welcome beverage — choose from herbal teas, filter coffee, cold brew, cold-pressed juices, or wellness shots. Premium upgrades are available.

We do not serve full meals. Light snacking is permitted in quiet corners. Pods are beverage-only.
